8. Shipment Tracking: Some Companies provide Tracking of shipment online & some has offline tracking. Take Shipment Tracking ID from them or Take time to time report from the Coordinating person from Company.
9. Society Formalities at Destination: Delivery date of shipment should be after your arrival at destination. Before the delivery you have to complete Society formalities at new home. If you are going to Rented house get Rent Agreement before Delivery. Submit Required documents at Society office & inform them arrival of your household date.
10. Unloading of All Items: Prepare home setup before the unloading of shipment allocate the rooms. Make a Note of every item should arrive at your House. Put Every item as per your setup you have decided before. It reduces your half of the workload.
11. Unpacking: Take Unpacked every item from the crew & check all the items weather are in good condition or not. Setup all the items as per your will. Take Handymen work done that are in scope of Company.
12. Make the Payment as per the Company policy: Get the payment policy from the company & make payment as per the policy. It may be 100% Advance, It may be 50% Advance & 50% After Delivery or 100% After Delivery. Get the invoice from the Authorized person.
